REPORT ON A STATE LEVEL ONE DAY WEBINAR - 2021

On 1st July 2021, A State Level One day Webinar on “CSIR Inorganic and Physical Spectroscopic Problems” was organized by PG Department of Chemistry, Marudhar Kesari Jain College for Women, Vaniyambadi. The program started with a prayer song. The welcome address was given by Ms. S. Baranipriya, Assistant Professor, and PG Department of Chemistry. Next the felicitation was given by Dr.M. Inbavalli, Principal, MKJC, Vaniyambadi. Dr.M. Charumathy, Head, PG Department of Chemistry has introduced the chief guest       Dr.K. Geetha, Associate Professor, Head PG & Research Department of Chemistry, Muthurangam Arts College, Vellore. Mam explained clearly about the problems regarding CSIR previous year question paper. It was very helpful to our students to solve problems in future competitive exams. Finally Ms. R. Ramya, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Chemistry, delivered vote of thanks.

UNICO WORLD RECORD in association with “NAM BHARATHA SEVAI CHARITABLE TRUST” on 15th FEBRUARY 2023

  On Account of “CANCER DAY” Our PG DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY had taken an initiative and participated in the “UNICO WORLD RECORD” in association with “NAM BHARATHA SEVAI CHARITABLE TRUST” on 15 th FEBRUARY 2023 under the guidance of Miss.T GAYATHRI DEVI, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry. In this Unico World Record Attempt 23 students had been participated from our college. Among them 18 Students are from CHEMISTRY Department and the remaining students from other departments like Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, English, Biotechnology. Through this World Record Attempt our college students along with the trust children had donated approximately 10,000 to the total amount of 15 lakhs to Cancer Children. The World Record Attempt was successful and all the 23 Students had been declared as “UNICO WORLD RECORD HOLDERS”.
